Refund & Return Policy - TruYerba


At TruYerba, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Truyerba Products, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns:

 

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly from our website www.truyerba.in.

 


Non-Returnable Items:

 

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items purchased on sale or as part of promotional bundles.

  • Items damaged through misuse or negligence.

 


Return Process:

 

  1. Email us at needhelp@truyerba.in with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

  3. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 


Refunds:

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

 

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product at needhelp@truyerba.in. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

 


Late or Missing Refunds:

 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at needhelp@truyerba.in.
