How to Return an Order

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
We cannot accept returns on opened products for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened products, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
